Brooks didn’t need to completely reinvent the 21st version of the Adrenaline GTS due to its already impressive attributes that resulted in it being one of the most popular stability shoes on the market. Brooks running shoes never fail to impress, and the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 21 will continue to provide the protective support that runners know and love, alongside a few alterations to improve overall performance and feel.

The most significant update to these Brooks running shoes has been made to the midsole, with an extension of the DNA Loft cushioning along the lateral side of the shoe, creating softer landings without sacrificing responsiveness, reducing the risk of injuries. Minor updates to the upper help to retain its structured feel whilst improving the shoe’s overall comfort, security, and breathability. The shoe has plenty of rubber on the outsole which protects the softer midsole foam, resulting in longer wear life.

How Does the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 21 Fit?
These Brooks running trainers fit true-to-size and boast flexible Air Mesh to create more room for your fee, providing an overall much more comfortable fit. Their 3D Fit Print feature along the sides allows the shoe to hug your foot and provide more structure, to avoid any signs of flimsiness.

These grooves are paired up with segmented crash pads which work together to provide a smooth transition from initial midfoot strike to toe-off – allowing you to feel the flexibility as you run.
