Castlelack FC History

Established in 1979, Castlelack FC is located near Bandon, County Cork.

With new members always welcome, Castlelack FC has become a trusted place for young players to learn and fall in love with football. The football club draws players from Newcestown, Innishannon, Bandon, Kilbrittain and the surrounding areas.

The club provides opportunities for all ages and caters for boys and girls from U6 through to U18, alongside a junior men’s team. They also compete in the West Cork Schoolboys and Schoolgirls League (WCSSL).

Home Grounds & Club Facilities

In 2017 the club started a partnership with MSD Brinny, resulting in a long-term lease for Castlelack FC to develop the grounds on a six acre site in Innishannon. The grounds consist of two full-size grass pitches with an additional training area.
