Standard Orders:

• Ireland (Incl N.Ireland): FREE* Next Day Delivery on orders over €85, otherwise delivery will cost €6. *Exclusions do apply and will be stated in the product description with the delivery charge calculated at checkout, this includes items such as weights, heavy equipment, football packs etc.
• United Kingdom: Delivery will cost €8.50 throughout all of the UK and the delivery period is within 2-3 working days.
• Rest of the World: Delivery will cost €20-€30 depending where and the delivery period is within 2-10 working days.

Standard orders are usually dispatched same day & delivered to you on the next working day if ordered before 2pm to Ireland & Northern Ireland. Delivery to the UK takes 2-3 days and delivery is 2-10 days for the Rest of The World. If the item is unavailable, we will inform you of this. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries. All items are subject to stock availability.

Teamwear & Club Shop orders:

• Delivery will be charged at €5 for small teamwear orders & Club Shop orders.
• Heavy/bulky teamwear orders such as teamwear equipment and football packs will be charged at €8 and larger orders maybe incur a higher delivery charge. This will be calculated at checkout.

Our Club Direct Teamwear section are orders which are specially placed and will take 3 weeks to be produced and dispatched, depending on availability which will extend the turnaround time for your order. In such cases you will receive an e-mail to inform you of this. If your club shop order has a pre-sale date your order will not be dispatched until 2 weeks after the FINAL pre-sale deadline. If an item within your club shop becomes unavailable we will be dispatching your order once available, you will be notified if this is the case.

Large/heavy Equipment:

• Delivery for exercise machines and pool tables/table tennis tables costs €80 per item and may take 5-7 working days.
• If you are purchasing more than one of these items contact us on 0749127833 and we will give you a delivery quote.
• These items are self-assembly and the delivery is a kerbside delivery or as close as the driver can get with a palette truck. Drivers are not permitted to enter houses. Please inspect these products as soon as they are delivered to ensure that they are to your satisfaction. Do not store these products in cold or damp conditions.
• The delivery charge will vary for weights such as kettlebells & dumbbells. This charge will be calculated at the checkout. Free delivery does not apply to these items.

Exercise equipment such as treadmills etc, Pool Tables & Table Tennis tables will be delivered withing 5-7 working days. You will be notified by email when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. The delivery driver will call you the day of delivery to liaise a time.

Click & Collect Instore:

Due to the current restrictions, collection in store can only be made between 9-6pm Monday to Saturday. Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday will be ready for collection that day after 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm will be ready for collection the following day.

You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection. Please call us on 0749127833 when you’re outside for collection and we will arrange a non-contact handover.

You can collect your order instore when you select click & collect as your delivery method. Standard orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday will be ready for collection that same day after 2pm. Orders places after 2pm Friday and at the weekend will be ready for collection the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Club shop orders for click & collect will be ready for collection within 3 weeks of order date. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for collection.

Please have your order reference number when collecting instore.

RETURNS

Standard Orders:

If you are not happy with your purchase, for any reason, you can return it unused and in a saleable condition before the 6th of January 2025.

*Please note the delivery charge will not be refunded. Personalised items such as jerseys with printed name and number or club shop items cannot be returned.

Goods must be returned:

• Within 14 days of receipt
• In an unused/unworn condition
• With the original delivery docket
• Footwear must be returned with the original packaging/boxes
• Swimwear will only be accepted for a return if the hygiene strip is in place

If your item is faulty, or your order is incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] so that we can arrange the return for you. You will not be charged for returning if the item is faulty or incorrect.

Teamwear & Club Shop orders:

Please note Club Direct Teamwear items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason other than fault with the product as these orders have been specially placed. If you wish to cancel items from our Club Direct Teamwear section you must do so within 24 hours of placing your order.

Large bulky goods:

Exercise machines, punch bags & pool tables etc: Returns will be accepted if they are in their unopened and original packaging. You will need to pay the return postage costs, unless the item is faulty.
