**Please note that garments for club shop orders require crests and personalisation after an order has been placed, this process will take 3 weeks. Once your order is placed you will receive notification when your order is 'awaiting production', once this process is complete you will receive further notification with your estimated time of delivery and your tracking information. If an item that you have ordered is out of stock you will receive an email stating that your order is 'awaiting stock', if this is the case please allow extra time for your order to be customised and dispatched to you. The price listed above also includes the Killarney Celtic Club Crest.
Standard orders are usually dispatched same day & delivered to you on the next working day if ordered before 3pm to Ireland & Northern Ireland. Delivery to the UK takes 2-3 days and delivery is 2-10 days for the Rest of The World. If the item is unavailable, we will inform you of this. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries. All items are subject to stock availability.
Teamwear & Club Shop orders:
Our Club Direct Teamwear section are orders which are specially placed and will take 3 weeks to be produced and dispatched, depending on availability which will extend the turnaround time for your order. In such cases you will receive an e-mail to inform you of this. If your club shop order has a pre-sale date your order will not be dispatched until 2 weeks after the FINAL pre-sale deadline. If an item within your club shop becomes unavailable we will be dispatching your order once available, you will be notified if this is the case.
Exercise equipment such as treadmills etc, Pool Tables & Table Tennis tables will be delivered withing 5-7 working days. You will be notified by email when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. The delivery driver will call you the day of delivery to liaise a time.
Click & Collect Instore:
Due to the current restrictions, collection in store can only be made between 9-6pm Monday to Saturday. Orders placed before 3pm Monday-Friday will be ready for collection that day after 3pm. Orders placed after 3pm will be ready for collection the following day.
You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection. Please call us on 0749127833 when you're outside for collection and we will arrange a non-contact handover.
You can collect your order instore when you select click & collect as your delivery method. Standard orders placed before 3pm Monday-Friday will be ready for collection that same day after 3pm. Orders places after 3pm Friday and at the weekend will be ready for collection the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Club shop orders for click & collect will be ready for collection within 3 weeks of order date. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for collection.
Please have your order reference number when collecting instore.
If you are not happy with your purchase, for any reason, you can return it unused and in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
*Please note the delivery charge will not be refunded. Personalised items such as jerseys with printed name and number or club shop items cannot be returned.

If your item is faulty, or your order is incorrect, please contact us immediately at email@example.com so that we can arrange the return for you. You will not be charged for returning if the item is faulty or incorrect.

Teamwear & Club Shop orders:
Please note Club Direct Teamwear items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason other than fault with the product as these orders have been specially placed. If you wish to cancel items from our Club Direct Teamwear section you must do so within 24 hours of placing your order.
Large bulky goods:
Exercise machines, punch bags & pool tables etc: Returns will be accepted if they are in their unopened and original packaging. You will need to pay the return postage costs, unless the item is faulty.
