Add the number you would like displayed on the back of your jersey, please add your number carefully as these can not be removed from the garments once printed.
**Please note that garments for club shop orders require crests and personalisation after an order has been placed, this process will take 2 weeks. Once your order is placed you will receive notification when your order is 'awaiting production', once this process is complete you will receive further notification with your estimated time of delivery and your tracking information. If an item that you have ordered is out of stock you will receive an email stating that your order is 'awaiting stock', if this is the case please allow extra time for your order to be customised and dispatched to you. DELIVERY
Standard Orders:
Ireland (Incl N.Ireland): FREE Next Day Delivery on orders over €85, otherwise delivery will cost €5.
United Kingdom: Delivery will cost €8.50 throughout all of the UK and the delivery period is within 2-3 working days.
Rest of the World: Delivery will cost €20-€30 depending where and the delivery period is within 2-10 working days.
Standard orders are usually dispatched same day & delivered to you on the next working day if ordered before 3pm to Ireland & Northern Ireland.Delivery to the UK takes 2-3 days and delivery is 2-10 days for the Rest of The World. If the item is unavailable, we will inform you of this. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries. All items are subject to stock availability.
Teamwear & Club Shop orders:
Delivery will be charged at €5 for small teamwear orders & Club Shop orders.
Heavy/bulky teamwear orders such as teamwear equipment and football packs will be charged at €8 and larger orders maybe incur a higher delivery charge.
Our Club Direct Teamwear section are orders which are specially placed and can take up to an additional 14 working days before dispatch depending on availability which will extend the turnaround time for your order. In such cases you will receive an e-mail to inform you of this. If your club shop order has a pre-sale date your order will not be dispatched until 2 weeks after the FINAL pre-sale deadline. If an item within your club shop becomes unavailable we will be dispatching your order once available, you will be notified if this is the case.
Large Equipment:
Delivery for exercise equipment and pool tables/table tennis tables costs €70 per item.
If you are purchasing more than one of these items contact us on 0749127833 and we will give you a delivery quote.
These items are self-assembly.
Exercise equipment such as treadmills etc, Pool Tables & Table Tennis tables will be delivered withing 1-2 working days. You will be notified by email when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. If your order has been marked as dispatched before 12pm you should expect your delivery the next working day. If your order has been marked as dispatched after 12pm you should expect your delivery within 2 working days.
Click & Collect Instore:
You can collect your order instore when you select click & collect as your delivery method. Standard orders placed before 3pm Monday-Friday will be ready for collection that same day after 3pm. Orders places after 3pm Friday and at the weekend will be ready for collection the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Club shop orders for click & collect will be ready for collection within 2 weeks of order date. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for collection.
Please have your order reference number when collecting instore.
RETURNS
Standard Orders:
FREE returns are offered on standard orders (excludes Teamwear, Club Shop & Large Equipment.
If you are not happy with your purchase, for any reason, you can return it unused and in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Goods must be returned:
Within 14 days of receipt
In an unused/unworn condition
With the original delivery docket
Footwear must be returned with the original packaging/boxes
Swimwear will only be accepted for a return if the hygiene strip is in place
If your item is faulty, or your order is incorrect, please contact us immediately at shopping@bmcsports.ie so that we can arrange the return for you.
Please note Club Direct Teamwear items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason other than fault with the product as these orders have been specially placed. If you wish to cancel items from our Club Direct Teamwear section you must do so within 24 hours of placing your order.
Large bulky goods:
Exercise Equipment & pool tables etc: Returns will be accepted if they are in their unopened and original packaging. You will need to pay the return postage costs, unless the item is faulty.
We use Sage Pay secure which has the highest level of card data security so our customers are protected against fraud.
