Brooks Adrenaline GTS19 – Tech Sheet

What’s new?

The Brooks Adrenaline GTS19 has a new GuideRails support system which the GTS18 did not have. This system is to help prevent excess heel and shin rotation which is turn encourages the natural motion of the knee, helping prevent injury of the knees.

Main Details:

Structured – for runners that overpronate i.e. Your foot falls inwards as you run so you need an arch support on the inside of your foot. Overpronators are also usually flat footed.
The engineered mesh and 3D fit print upper provides breathability and a secure fit. It also adds a streamlined look to this shoe.
DNA Loft cushioning throughout the sole with extra plush cushioning at the back of the heel
It is responsive helping you to drive forward throughout your run – the more energy you put in to your step as you land, the more energy the shoe will bounce back in return to push on
