Delivery & Returns

*CLICK & COLLECT is not available as our shop is currently closed due to COVID-19. Our home deliveries will continue to operate as normal.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Standard Orders:

Standard orders are usually dispatched same day & delivered to you on the next working day if ordered before 3pm to Ireland & Northern Ireland. Delivery to the UK takes 2-3 days and delivery is 2-10 days for the Rest of The World. If the item is unavailable, we will inform you of this. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries. All items are subject to stock availability.

 

Teamwear & Club Shop orders:

Our Club Direct Teamwear section are orders which are specially placed and can take up to an additional 14 working days before dispatch depending on availability which will extend the turnaround time for your order. In such cases you will receive an e-mail to inform you of this.

 

Large bulky goods:

Exercise equipment such as treadmills etc, Pool Tables & Table Tennis tables will be delivered withing 2-3 working days. These items are only available in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

 

Click & Collect:

You can collect your order instore when you select click & collect as your delivery method. Standard orders placed before 3pm Monday-Friday will be ready for collection that same day after 3pm. Orders places after 3pm Friday and at the weekend will be ready for collection the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Club shop orders for click & collect will be ready for collection within 2 weeks of order date. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for collection.

Please have your order reference number when collecting instore.

 

When we deliver your items to you, you will be asked to sign for the goods to acknowledge that you have received them. We will only deliver to the address specified on the original order. We are unable to change the delivery address after the order has been dispatched.

In the event of delay or non-delivery of products/services you should immediately contact us on +353 (0) 749127833 or by email at shopping@bmcsports.ie and we will assist you in resolving the matter.

We regret we cannot entertain claims for missing or damaged goods which have not been notified in writing within 24 hours of the date of delivery, irrespective of whoever has signed for the goods at the consignment delivery point. This is necessary due to the short period of time we have to claim against the carriers for damage in transit.

 

DELIVERY CHARGES

Standard Orders:

Ireland (Incl N.Ireland): FREE Next Day Delivery on orders over €85, otherwise delivery will cost €5 (see below for weights, teamwear footballs & equipment).

United Kingdom: Delivery will cost €8.50 throughout all of the UK and the delivery period is within 2-3 working days.

Rest of the World: Delivery will cost €20-€30 depending where and the delivery period is within 2-10 working days.

Teamwear & Club Shop Orders:

Free next day delivery does not apply to Teamwear or Club Shop Orders. Delivery will be charged at €5 for small teamwear orders & Club Shop orders. Heavy/bulky teamwear orders such as teamwear equipment and football packs will be charged at €8 and larger orders maybe incur a higher delivery charge.

Large/heavy Equipment:

Exercise equipment such as treadmills etc, Pool Tables & Table Tennis tables will incur a delivery charge of €70 per item and these are delivered within 2-3 working days. These items are also self-assembly.

The delivery charge will vary for weights such as kettlebells & dumbbells. This charge will be calculated at the checkout. Free delivery does not apply to these items.

 

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Standard Orders:

If you are not happy with your purchase, for any reason, you can return it unused and in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Goods must be returned:

  • Within 14 days of receipt
  • In an unused/unworn condition
  • With the original delivery docket
  • Footwear must be returned with the original packaging/boxes
  • Swimwear will only be accepted for a return if the hygiene strip is in place.

If your item is faulty, or your order is incorrect, please contact us immediately at shopping@bmcsports.ie so that we can arrange the return for you.

 

Republic of Ireland/Northern Ireland Returns:

Customers within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland can now avail of FREE Returns. (Excludes Teamwear,Club Shop & Large Equipment orders)

There are 2 options available for you to choose from:

Enclosed with your order you will find a Returns Form and a Pre-paid DPD Returns courier label. Complete the returns form by filling in all your relevant details.  Simply repackage your purchase and enclose your completed returns form and use the pre-paid DPD Returns label which will be enclosed with your order.  

 

1.     Simply email depot36@dpd.ie giving your full name, the collection address for the parcel and your contact telephone number. DPD will process your request for a collection and a designated driver will be in touch the following working day to collect.  Orders can be collected between 9:00am - 5:30pm.

2.     Alternatively, you can call DPD on 0749124468 from Republic of Ireland or 00353749124468 from Northern Ireland who will book in your request to have a parcel collected.  Your parcel should be collected within 24 hours of requesting.  Orders can be collected between 9:00am - 5:30pm.  

You should request a receipt of collection or have an email as proof of return.

 

Returns outside of ROI/NI:

You will need to pay the return postage costs, unless the item is faulty, outside of the Republic of Ireland/Northern Ireland.

We also recommend that you use a carrier who can give you a proof of posting, until the parcel is received by us it remains your responsibility.

 

Returns are usually processed on the day they are received back but please allow up to 14 days for refunds to show up on your account. This depends on how long your bank or card issuer takes to process the refund on their side and it’s something we have no control over.

We will refund you by the same method of payment you used when you originally placed your order, for customers using credit or debit cards this will be refunded back onto the same card.

To exchange your item, simply post the item back including the dispatch note and the returns form and we will place the new order on your account.

We will refund your original delivery charges and you will not be charged for any extra postage costs incurred if we have sent you something other than what you originally ordered

In the unlikely event that a product is faulty, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. If you think that we have sent you a faulty product, please contact us straight away, the quickest way is via email to shopping@bmcsports.ie you can also call us on 00353 (074) 91 27833

If we deem the item to be faulty,  we will refund your original delivery charges and you will not be charged for any extra postage costs incurred.

 

Returns Instore:

You can return your order to our store for a refund or an exchange from Mon – Fri 9.00am to 6.00pm

Just bring your dispatch note with you as proof of purchase along with the payment card you used to place your order.

A receipt will be issued for your return by the store.

 

Returning your order by post:

Please use the address label from your dispatch note on the outside of your package and insert the remainder of the dispatch note in with your package before posting it back to us.

If you don't have your dispatch note or address label, please ensure that you include your order number, email address and contact number with your return. You can post your return to the address shown below

Teamwear & Club Shop Orders:

Please note Club Direct Teamwear items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason other than fault with the product as these orders have been specially placed. If you wish to cancel items from our Club Direct Teamwear section you must do so within 24 hours of placing your order.

 


Large bulky goods:

Exercise Equipment & pool tables etc: Returns will be accepted if they are in their unopened and original packaging. You will need to pay the return postage costs, unless the item is faulty.
