Standard orders are usually dispatched same day & delivered to you on the next working day if ordered before 3pm to Ireland (Incl N.Ireland), 2-3 days for UK and 2-10 days for the Rest of The World. If the item is unavailable, we will inform you of this. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries. All items are subject to stock availability.
Our Club Direct Teamwear section are orders which are specially placed and can take up to an additional 14 working days before dispatch depending on availability which will extend the turnaround time for your order. In such cases you will receive an e-mail to inform you of this.
Club Shop deliveries:
As these are customised products please allow between 2-3 weeks for dispatch.
If your club shop order has a pre-sale date your order will not be dispatched until 2 weeks after the FINAL pre-sale deadline.
If an item within your club shop becomes unavailable we will be dispatching your order once available, you will be notified if this is the case.
Fitness Equipment/Pool table Deliveries
You will be notified by email when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, if your order has been marked as dispatched before 12pm you should expect your delivery the next working day, if your order has been marked as dispatched after 12pm you should expect your delivery within 2 working days.
Delivery for exercise equipment and pool tables/table tennis tables costs €70 per item. If you are purchasing more than one of these items contact us on 0749127833 and we will give you a delivery quote. These items are self-assembly.

**Please note Club Direct Teamwear items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason other than fault with the product as these orders have been specially placed. If you wish to cancel items from our Club Direct Teamwear section you must do so within 24 hours of placing your order.
If you are not happy with your purchase, for any reason, you can return it unused and in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Goods must be returned:
· Within 14 days of receipt
· In an unused/unworn condition
· With the original delivery docket
Footwear must be returned with the original packaging/boxes (swimwear will only be accepted for a return if the hygiene strip is in place).
If your item is faulty, or your order is incorrect, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can arrange the return for you.
You can return your order to our store for a refund or an exchange from Mon – Fri 9.00am to 6.00pm
Just bring your dispatch note with you as proof of purchase along with the payment card you used to place your order.
A receipt will be issued for your return by the store.
We use Sage Pay secure which has the highest level of card data security so our customers are protected against fraud.
